An area whereby each one of us has to do with daily.
And, at the same time, it is cause of situations in which it’s difficult to behave, to move, to decide.
We know how to give a real support both if you’re a private or if you represent a company or the companies themselves.
We basically take action in two big areas: private law and social insurances.
For what concerns the first one, we represent insurance companies in legal procedure and, vice versa, we assert the rights of individuals towards their respective companies. For that we cooperate with different experts for the assessment of the situations, especially in case of claim for damages.
For what concerns, on the other hand, the social insurances’ law, we represent our clients both at judicial and extra-judicial level in several areas: accident insurance, disability, disease and personal welfare.
