The Real Estate law represents a wide and complicated industry, in which, to move, you need great experience and solid preparation.
This is an other occasion to contact us: we move with ease in the contract sector, cooperating with public administrations and societies and eventually representing the parties in front of the Cantonal Insurance Court: according to construction and planning questions we advice and represent, on the occasion of which we conduct a preliminary analysis in order to set up the existence of the conditions for new possibilities of agglomeration to then, in a second time, find the necessary building solutions in agreement with the public administrations, the purchasers and the architects.
In this field, if necessary, we’re even active at judicial level.
Besides, even the tenancy right is part of the Real Estate law: sector in which we generally represent the lessor against his tenant or, again, we assist the propriety management companies.
